This is my 2nd grow. Basic info. PC spores used with BRF tek. Several 1/4 pint jars and 1/3 pint jars. The 1/2 pints are still consolidating and will be shredded to bulk in a day or two. The 1/4 pints were birthed 8 days ago, dunked for 24 hours, and put in an SGFC. Temps kept at 65F-75F, humidity 85%-99%. Misted 2-4 times daily and fanned once with bin lid when misting.
See pics below. All cakes continued to grow some in SGFC, pushing off or taking over the verm casing. Some myc even grew out to can lids cakes are rested on. Once cake is starting at least to show some pins. Others should be close. One is getting a blue-green tint along one side. Should I toss this now? Is there a way to fight this contam? I have some shoeboxes, I could put this cake by itself in a shoebox and watch it as well.

There's lies in the law.
Just bruising..don't worry too much about colour, its texture that changes with contam..if it ever looks powdery i.e much different from mycelium, then its a problem, anything else is usually just bruising..
You don;t need to mist cakes 4 times a day however, 1-2 is usually more than enough, that's probably why they are bruising. They just need a light coating then that needs to be allowed to evaporate, only then mist again once in the morning once before bed, and you don;t need to fan, its not doing anything so save your arm muscles
