Fae holes on dub or manual fanning?

I’ve been following this dubtub tek on shroomology ( https://www.shroomology.org/forums/topic/8670-6-quart-dub-tub-mist-and-fan-bulk-tek/ ) and I just have questions on whether or not I should create holes on my tub for fae or if I should just follow the tek and fan it manually? I have a 12qt tub and I’d just like some opinions to optimize my harvest. Also, would you recommend I use a black trash bag liner or none at all? I’ve read a lot of mixed things and I just would like to get the best results possible. Ty

You don't need holes in the tub there is enough opening between the both tubs
and fanning does nothing for a grow its very outdated. Gl

Dub tubs don't require polyfil :thumbup:

A healthy substrate can not contaminate from open air
and polyfil wouldn't stop contams from entering. :thumbup:
And even if it did stop them from entering how would you mist
the tub without letting open air in? Lol
