Seems like Volvariella sp. to me, Coprinus has the cap more "cylindrical" and more closer to the base of the stem when growing.

But there is no visible volva and the stems are too long and thick

I think the veil remnants on top of the caps are from the volva, which could have been "destroyed" during harvest when pulling off the mushrooms. The stem length and thickness could be promoted by the CO2 pooling, as the bags have a medium plastic wall closed with a rubber band or something like that to save humidity and try to avoid side pinning. Anyway I didn't grow Volvariella yet, just my 2 cents

VOlv does seem like a good suggestion/possibility to me and there is no visible volva because in this shot the plastic bags are not showing the base of the stems (stipe).
Idk what they would taste like but don't like asian soft conserved paddy straw mushrooms at all.. wondering if they are any good saute'd?

in the second and forth bag (in the second row of the image above) we can see there is no visible volva, and with the cap so much young the volva should have been equal size of the cap and the stype between both should have been minimal. somewhat like this ..
the image with which I wrote this post and asked for identification looks more like Shaggy mane to me..

they taste great in variety of curries and soups. I am sure they will taste good when sauted.

Damn those look wild. Is that the egg hatching look? I didn't know shaggy mane started like that.

Ah interesting. I lived in Thailand for a year and a half, mushrooms were in every market, restaurant and even in little herb shops. Wish I knew about mycology then, I would go crazy there now.

Hmm yeah now that i take another look I think you may have a better case with shaggy mane after all... the "jewish hat" on the top of the closed cap does seem to match. Idk if any Volvariella has it? Or is that just a result of dry conditions for any such species?

Shaggy manes will have a tell tail sign of turning into a black mushy mess when old or even bruised. Another common name for them are ink caps because of this characteristic. I used to work in a place where they would consistently pop up in the lawn year after year and I would have to mow them down or work around them. I remember stepping on them once not knowing and it covered my shoes in a black ink.
A word of caution with Shaggy Mane's if anyone is unaware, don't eat them if you plan to drink alcohol in the next few days. They have a negative interaction with alcohol.

The idea of being Coprinus comatus doesn't convince me... it could be Coprinus, but I think not comatus. I can't see the scales on the cap, the caps seem shorter and also narrower on the top, while C. comatus has more wider top. Anyway, as growers that we are, we know that most mushrooms vary the shape, color, stem/cap ratio accordingly to growing conditions, so it is complicated sometimes to distinguish a species
When I grew shaggy mane indoors it came like this (seems equal to wild ones)
By the way, any of you have seen Coprinus picaea? it would be nice to grow it! beautiful mushroom
