Do you have a stance on vaccines?
    #25877467 -

There's lots of pro vaccine sentiment on the front page of Reddit, pretty much on a daily basis.

While I have seen detailed explanations of the safety of vaccine ingredients, much of the pro vax stance is just "lol ur kids will die" and "ur dumb".

Recently a study was posted that was touted as proving that one particular vaccine doesn't cause autism. In the conspiracy sub an article written in response to that study was posted https://jbhandleyblog.com/home/2019/3/4/new-danish-mmr-study-shows-autism-rate-of-1-in-100-cdc-should-rush-to-denmark

It's worth a read and the points made are fair and deserve a response. Why did this study refer to children that had every scheduled vaccine except the one being studied as unvaccinated? Why does the study not account for healthy user bias? Why is Denmark's rate of autism so much lower than ours?

You can easily find numerous studies linking aluminum adjuvants to chronic fatigue and autoimmune disorders

Stuff like this that just gets swept under the rug leaves me very suspicious of vaccines. Right now I feel like only a small amount of them are necessary.

poison. you have no fucking clue where that shit came from did you make it? you just guna take everything the TV says as truth? its all bullshit its lies. vaccines are poison. In my experience they poison you from the time your born til the time you die, and it takes about 60-70 years on average to kill us, so if we eliminate the poison and then medicate on top of it...will we ever die?

Most people should be getting vaccinated. A small select few shouldn't and I am one of the people who can't get vaccinated anymore so I need everyone else to so I don't get sick.

I had a really really bad reaction to a TDAP shot in 2014. I ended up getting major surgery, suing the VICP, and I am still having problems to this day. I can only sleep in like 2 to 3 positions now and I have to switch every 30 minutes or so, so I never get a good nights sleep unless I'm on opiates. Just this morning I was thinking how nice it would be to sleep through the night again. Some people get much worse reactions than I did and most people are completely fine afterwards.

im not saying vaccines arent a good thing, im saying the shit they call vaccines now is poison, their are antigens found in your own fountain, they cure all allergies and provide the immune system the knowledge to actually be an immune system. Urea is antibacterial and antiviral/fungal/parasitic, this is proven over 50 years ago, go look up the medical science. Now if they found the cure for all viruses and bacteria, why are we vaccinating kids again, and why didn't they tell you about it?

The most recent consensus on autism is that a lot the known/suspected markers for it are present while the mom is still pregnant, so the vaccine hypothesis doesn't stand up to the accepted science. Epidemiological studies have found no link as well.

I hate the preservaties they put in them, but honestly it seems like such a small amount that it's unlikely to do damage.

I never get the flu vaccine but will have to for my clinical rotations, which I'm not exactly happy about but it's not the end of the world.

I just want to see a lyme disease vaccine. That's one that would help a lot of people. There was one that showed some success but got pulled for some trivial reasons.

The real conspiracy is the government education program. Making people so stupid they think vaccines are bad. This is how the government is killing off idiots, not with vaccines but the lack of taking them. It's pretty brilliant actually.

Dude vaccines have their history written in blood and stone. My grandma had 3 classmates die before she entered middle school, I on the other hand had 0 classmates die from preventable diseases in all my schooling.

I have a free cure for all disease, it doesn't matter what they claim the poison is used for, that doesn't change the fact that it harms the organism, and should not be used.

Are you doing a character? Are your posts meant to be funny and off the wall or are they meant to be stupid? Either way, can you try again with another character please.

No, I am not playing a character as this is not a game, people are dying. He asked about vaccines, I layed out what I know. You can think whatever you want, I know the truth because I dont think. You and me are no different, we are all one, my truth is your truth, their is only 1 truth and its the same for all of us.

The big problem is that otherwise healthy unvaccinated kids work as vectors to infect kids who can't be vaccinated but had been (partially) protected by herd immunity. (That's one of the reasons that Zika isn't much in the news anymore. Everybody who has been bitten by a mosquito got "vaccinated" for Zika. It infected them all but because it wasn't fatal basically managed to provide a broad base of antibodies so there's no longer a transmission vector.)

The analysis I haven't seen (because it would be societally toxic to even propose) is if autistic kids (who got vaccinated pre-autism) would have been more genetically predisposed to dying from the (formerly ubiquitous) childhood diseases.

Remember, vaccines are a very recent interruption to evolutionary pressures. We don't know why measles or mumps or polio or whatnot coevolved with us and what protection they offered to the later adult. Evolutionarily, it all falls into into the Zone of Unintended Consequences where by saving people now we are dooming us all later.

Only hope can give rise to the emotion we call despair. But it is nearly impossible for a man to try to live without hope, so I guess that leaves Man no choice but to walk around with despair as his companion.
