Just wondering first time casing and was wondering if this is colonized enough to case.

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

With that much on the top of the casing you ought to fruit (myc momentum will continue even after you do, and if you wait much longer overlay becomes more of an issue)
