Asante said: "Political Correctness" isn't even a thing.
If someone takes effort not to phrase things in a racist, sexist or homophobic manner, for whatever reason that person may have, he's being accused of "political correctness" like it is a bad thing to not want to offend minorities.
What kind of a fucking person takes offense at someone not wanting to offend minorities?
What kind of a fucking person takes offense at someone doing the decent thing?
Conservatives talk about not saying racist stuff like its an alien concept that is done for some inexplicable reason.
Could someone who doesnt say racist stuff, instead of "wanting to be politically correct", simply be decent or nonracist? Does it have to be a contrived motivation? If theres no racism in your heart there will be no racism on your lips.
For example though if you have the opinion that trans people are scientifically their birth sex even if they should have every right to identify the way the wish then it’s a matter of political correctness.

Paul Ryan says several Democrats can beat Trump and that the President will not win if the campaign is being defined as about him as opposed to his policies. First, Paul Ryan is an asshole, but still. When has Trump ever done anything that is not about him? Is it even possible? Second, his policies don't give him much to run on. The tax cuts are less popular after people have had time to evaluate them. He decimated his own stock market gains. Their is a fairly strong anti-immigration sentiment with the public, but Trump has lost a lot of ground outside his base, by trying to force the wall with government shutdowns. The whole rah rah Israel and Democrats are anti-Jewish doesn't play with the public, except fundamentalists, who like Trump, have no liking for Jews except that they control Jesus' hometown.
I think people now know him too well to reelect him.

There has to be a decent alternative, right now he would beat every D without much issue.

Who would ever vote for a compulsive liar? Y’all are just funny to me.
Remember: compulsive lies, paying of mistresses on the campaign trail, barely any briefings, not holding a country accountable for the murder and dismemberment of an American resident, and all of the other nonsense that is the Trump administration
These will all be vile again as soon as a Democrat is at the helm.
And democrats are just simply too weak and ineffective to do anything of any value.

Fox says Bernie can do it:
Could Sanders beat Trump in 2020? Yes

I also attack my side if I think they're wrong. People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

What do you think Bernie is going to do if he gets elected? Even better question: what will congress allow him to do?
Nothing will change the status quo-nothing.

Essentially, every member of Congress is a compulsive liar because they claim they represent the people, while in fact they represent their corporate sponsors. Do you know of any Congress members that even mention the word "lobbyists"?

"Sanders emphasized unity, patriotism and economic socialism"
Throw in some economic and social nationalism, and he wins hands down, but will he embrace that winning strategy?

I'm not sure what "Why play along" means? I have been suggesting that driving to the voting booth isn't going to change anything in this environment. Real change comes from hitting the streets in a unified manner, the problem in the US is that we're not a unified group of citizens on almost any issue.

Once that happens we’ll be a democracy and not a republic. That’s the thing I believe scares the establishment more than anything.
That’s why Washington is gridlocked because a United front means we come for them. But we argue and bicker just like them and that’s exactly how they want it.
That’s why I don’t participate anymore. I won’t allow myself to play their game.
Am I making any sense?

On the contrary every single major politician is subtly shaping the "status quo" and most people don't have the eyes to see it(; Doesnt mean its in a way you care about, it's in a way they care about.
Take Dick Cheney as a good example.

The Dick Cheney’s are the status quo.

I can sum it up by saying the only real change will come is when we all stand together. If that’s even possible anymore?

Eh what's 50 or so years but a slice of pie! Things are always rebalancing, and shifting- and either people adapt, or the world makes them. Perhaps you don't live here? If you really are Estonian. But the ideology is very clearly different with under 40's here.. I don't think this pattern will survive the passing of the boomers
