Depersonalisation how to get better?

Basically i think i suffer from depersonalisation .

How I describe it is:
- i shut off my brain when Im with people
-everything i Said i Will do when i got to talk with people i forget.
-i cant really meet people and then continue to relate with those people afterwards
-i cant define my voice to talk
-my voice gets very Child like when Im talking
-when people trust me i get very nervos Im going to disappoint them
-cant talk Simple
- i can ONLY Tell stories or things ive heard i cant make something out of my mind
- when Im drunk i still cant talk. Its like Im empty
-im confident enough to approach girls but  when its time to talk i dont know What i should say.

And much more could come up for This list.

This has been going even before i take antipsychotics

a combo of 1)quitting all drugs for a year, 2)regular yoga practice and 3)psychotherapy made wonders for me.

Sounds like it could be social anxiety.

Anxiety will more or less choke off your rational brain when it kicks up, and can feel pretty much like depersonalization.

Social anxiety can lead you to overthinking waay too much about looking and acting normal in social interaction, instead of just focusing on the interaction yourself. You can find it tough to "be yourself", because while you're listening and thinking of things to say, you also might be trying to guess what they're thinking about you, how they'll respond to what you say, how your voice sounds, if they're judging you, if your body language is good etc.

Psychotherapy, intensive CBT specifically, is probably your best course of action. It can address a lot of the irrational thoughts that bring on anxiety.
