If it's a pee test just flush once before you go in (or more all morning), and then catch the pee mid stream when taking it.

my plan is to flush constantly until its time to take the test, as im not sure if the cut-off is 50 or 20 ng/ml. that way worst case scenario is im negative dilute, and they test me again two weeks later. damn, aint self-inflicted chaos swell... :shrug:

hell, best case scenario is I go in, and he just makes sure I finished my class, and paid the rest of my court fees, and sends me home on unsupervised probation. hell of a spectrum of outcomes possible.

I got caught over 20 years ago with some coke, got deferred adjudication and some class that was a 1st time offenders program. Had to go to na and aa classes and pee twice a month for 6 months, then once a month. I set up the test on Fridays so I could party that night and be clean in 2 weeks. Not smart, but I didn't party hard, just a little speed and drink, they didn't test me for alcohol it was Texas. 9 months into the program they killed it due to city funding or something and I was free, but I have a deferred adjudication charge on my record.:shrug: I still got into and passed an RN course, haven't gotten my RN license yet, but I do have my LPN. There's hope, keep on truckin'!

Yo! What’s everyone opinion on eating shitty the last 48 hours before a drug test? Been reading online that it’s good to pig out build up some new fat to lower the amount of metabolites in your urine, and it slows down your metabolism. Currently upping my red meat intake to help boost my creatine levels, and baking a chocolate cake as we speak lmao.

I think that shit isnt really gonna matter. Just do the normal things (dilute,pray) and all should be well. PS a faint line is a pass

Thanks guys. And yeah, I knew I passed it, but it was 50 ng/ml test and I’m not sure if the cutoff is 50 or 20. Test is through redwood laboratories, and their website says that the agency issuing the test can choose either one. So I’m trying to get it as low as possible.

I’m feeling pretty good. Passing both 50 and 20 ngml test now diluting. I managed to get some creatine in my system first thing this morning and I hope my body get it’s processed by morning, been eating extra meat as well. Even picked up some soluble fiber in the form of psyllium husk just for the extra measure.

Hey a friendly tip. Adding creatine show you done your homework. Another step you can add is the b12 liquid complement vitamins. A few shots of it will turn your urine yellow and not cause in suspension visually.

Got that covered too. Got a 5 hour energy shot and that thing has like 8333% of the daily value of b vitamins in it. It should do the trick. Read the caffeine helps as well. Gonna get a Gatorade in the morning and add a couple tablespoon of salt to it as well. I’ve been doing so much reading the last 4 days. I’m kinda doing a combination of a lot that I read. Just wish I would of started loading the creatine in atleast a day sooner for good measure.

I think the the downsides of society were inevitable (plus the obsitcals this thread talks about) it's just something we have to learn to deal with. Much like wild animals learning to deal with the shit obsticals in cruel nature
