Well there is a 100 X piece on the bottom and then also a 10 X eyepiece so I don’t know if I multiply them by each other or what I’ve not much experience with microscopes Lol

Yeah multiply
40x with 10x eye piece is 400x, etc
I think I may have confirmed verticillium under scope but I need to do some more slides first to be sure...

Your scope may have come with a small bottle of oil to start with if you bought brand new. Guess it probably depends on the brand but I imagine the better ones probably include it

You put a drop of oil on the slide you want to view then lower the scope into it then focus. It helps to give a clearer image. I believe it helps with light refracting.

First GT grow.
This is the tub I had to salt in 2 places because Of some greenness.. seems to have still cranked out some fruit though. I am astonished how much thicker and larger these are. The last picture shows my GT vs. my MS grow from a field cube. Huge difference.

panaeolus huasteca And my azzy Tub is still looking good after about two weeks in 85° temperature it does seem to have entered a dormant state. This makes me think that there is a stage of the lifecycle specifically for hibernation during the summer and perhaps skipping this cycle negatively affects the yield and pen set
