First, CONGRATS NUBE! Woot? I hope!
Anyways, so these APEs I've been growing are kind of ... reverting back to brown caps?

Wtf? Yes, that is dry as fuck. I wanted to take a picture before misting. Does this often happen? I took this picture like 2 days ago and have more brown caps coming up. Some are white tho... we'll see if I have any damn APEs and then I'll have to clone.
These APES have been a fucking journey! There's some white caps in my pins but they're mostly brown Sigh... going to have to go back and grab this nasty old pin on a plate lol.
Also, had a little RW shoebox haul:

I have some prints that I'll be having a give-away for when I get my shit together.
I just moved on Friday and that really threw everything off. My new place has more space for mushrooms... but is super fucking cold compared to my last place. I've been calling my new landlord everyday complaining about things (it's been a nightmare), and I'm just like "well, they get to see my grow closet if they see it. I'll just say they're 'regular old mushrooms' if they ask."
I thought I took pictures, but guess not. My new mushroom space is kind of amazing... when I get the temp under control that is. . . I hope I don't have to install a temp regulator in there It will easily hold all of my mycology supplies, and then some. I even have all my substrate shit stored in there... which is a lot after buying a 25# bag of wheatbran!

I actually packed it in with some force oncebi lay the top layer on. This is all at spawning. My coir batches weren't always perfect so some under hydration there but it's gonna be good enough it seems.

Yes very pretty the one on far right is my fav I love the cap! Good work I don’t know what flush this is but given the location of your fruits I’d say ur sub is too dry. Soak it over night strain reduce fae for 3 days then reintroduce into fruiting conditions. Keep you rh higher. I only say this because it appears all your fruits came from the micro climate between the sub and side which tells me the surface was to dry. If this is a 4th flush or sum shit just tell me to fuck off lol
Thank you! You're right though, it is definitely too dry. I did give the sub a soak. The cakes that I shredded to make these shoeboxes had technically already had their first flush and were bacterial so I haven't been caring too well for these boxes. I'm just glad they're fruiting at all.

Ha something like that. Sometimes I only have an hour, or not enough coir, or jar's aren't finished, have to work, etc, etc, etc…spreads the spawning out over the course of a week for jars that were done at the same time.

Oh wow, the microscope I was looking to buy goes up to 2500x. I was worried it wasn't enough!
Oh, here's a big hog after it was dry.
