I'd just plug it all in and see if the breaker trips.
You need to add up all the amps on that circuit. It probably has more outlets or lights on it. Maybe all the outlets on one side of the house, or on that level, depends how it's wired. You could open the breaker on there and see what doesn't have power.
Usually the breaker in your house will only handle abou 12amps.
I'd probably get some 14/3 wire and run an outlet from another circuit of the house it draws too much rather than messing with a surge protector or battery pack. It would be cheaper as long as it doesn't need to be pretty or meet electrical code.

I'd do the math first. Watts =amps multiplied by voltage . Don't do any hillbilly wiring you could start a fire. Most rooms in a house are protected by 10 to 15 amp breaker. So if your breaker is 10 amps you'd have 1200 watts. If your breaker is 15 amps you'd have 1800 watts. Use heavy extension cords from other circuits if you really need a ton of juice in one room. But don't forget the math it's simple. And don't use thin extension cords to carry heavy current they'll over load a circuit.

well fuses say 10ka I have right at 800-850 watts in the grow set up total after a lil reseach. only other item on the fuse are single porch light 80watt bulb and over head light in the room with 2 100watt led bulbs in it for illumination. but soon to be added is a a/c rated at 400watts..... guess i should upgrade to a 15ka?

When you say fuse are you talking about the breaker or is this a really old house that still uses fuses? And you can't simply up the amperage by replacing with a bigger fuse or breaker, the wires on that circuit need to be upgraded to.

A 15ka fuse would be 15,000amps. There is no such thing. Do you have a picture of the fuse or circuit breaker. In the US you can put about 1400watts on a lighting circuit. A battery back up won't help you here.

I was gonna ask next if this is European or something since everything in America is rated off amps. And generators are rated in watts. I've never heard of 15 ka fuse. I've repaired gen sets rated in the kw but I never seen ka must be foreign.

Ok looked up the ID numbers on the breaker and it's a 20 amp capable of 1900 watts so no way i'ma trip that. Thank you guys if my fuses had been labeled like i see all newer ones i wouldn't have had to bug you.
