You know, I believe it was Falcon, or maybe ballz.. or someone.. mentioned Clinton's emails in a discussion about Trump allegedly mishandling classified documents. What you seem to not understand or choose not to believe, is that we have had only one establishment running and controlling both parties for a long time.
Trump is a outsider or true 2nd party if you like. The Clinton's, Bush's, Obama etc all did the bidding of the deep state and are protected. Trump gets attacked.

The deep state might be described as unelected/unaccountable actors, both within the government, as well as corporate and  wealthy figures, that wield power and  influence. We were told trump was a billionaire, therefore, he is a part of the deep state.

I can see where you would consider the leaders of industry to be part of the "deep state", but I don't place them under that definition, personally. Maybe I'm wrong to think this way, but I consider the Deep state to be more FBI, CIA, Military, etc...

Eh, you can look up the directors of those departments. They have rules and laws they follow (or are supposed to follow). They can be fired. It's when you go down a level to their contractors that things get murky.

Who wields power? Why are certain decisions made? It usually comes down to money.
