Trump stated yesterday that there is strong evidence it came from the Wuhan lab, if that ends up true, the larger question is how did it get out? Knowing nothing about it, I would assume intentionally, due to the safety measures that must be in place. 

You think he is just trying to stoke this China fire, or do you think he has legit intel, I am going with the latter, it was a pretty bold statement to make.

Whether it turns out to be a true or not if you trust anything that guy says then you're a mug. My guess is he's just trying to stir the shit pot. That's how he won the last election. China this china that fuck china blablabla. And everyone laps up all the nationalistic bullshit and tensions are stirred on both sides. Fuck that guy.

I mean...he made a bold statement when he said Mexico was going to pay for the wall...
Just to be clear, I think its very plausible that the virus could have found its way out of a research facility, look at lyme disease. But I dont believe a yhing that comes out of trumps mouth until someone with some credibility confirms.

He also claimed ted cruze’s father helped assassinate JFK . That was pretty bold . 
 
  I think if anyone feels like trump has evidence of something he claims , they should take a long look in the mirror , slap themselves , drink some bleach and shove a UV light up their ass  because that’s how ridiculous it sounds to suggest that at this point .
  If he had evidence we would have seen it , that’s how bold claims work . You wave the evidence in people’s face’s . Making a bold claim and saying you will see evidence later is how lying works . That’s what con artists do .

Additional tariffs on China would be a positive move, since the existing tariffs have proven to be completely inadequate in nature.

The US has a ridiculously high trade deficit with China, why wouldn't US citizens embrace economic nationalism at this point?

So I said "If you know of any medical doctors that are researching using hand grenades as a possible cure for coronavirus, I'd love to see a link to that research!"

It is, of course, far crazier than UV light, but you're determined to believe Trump is dumb.

He is completely trying to stoke and anti-China sentiment. That's the GOP playbook, and he's falling in line (reluctantly, because the GOP playbook is also "don't defend dump")

That's not a fair comparison, either.  The whole world already knows about fossil fuels.  If China had the virus significantly before the outbreak, work on a vaccine could have been started much earlier.
