He bragged about being a racist on the other site, I don't recall reading that in his posts. I think he posted that he thought another site would provide him more freedom.

Right about what exactly?  His explanation was he thought it would provide him better freedom to post his opinions. I don't think he ever suggested it was because he considered himself a racist. I might be wrong, but that's what I remember him posting.
