exactly. were else would you go from a print? making syringes out of prints is a waste of time if you know agar but still is nice if you're still rockin cakes

Yes. That's what ur supposed to do with prints. Swipe up some spores from a print and streak it on agar.

Yes. Transfers the leading edge over befor something else germinates on those plates.

Cut a piece of agar from the leading edge of growth and scoop it up with the scalpel.
