Today's Haul NorCal - Novice looking for help
    #25843991 - 02/28/19 03:42 PM (5 years, 29 days ago)

Took the dog for a walk today and found some interesting specimens here in Nor Cal. These were found growing in landscape bark and were quite abundant.

They seem like the common psathyrella but do not have any veil remnants. In fact, there were plenty of young ones and they do not have a veil either.

I am working on a spore print right now but am curious if you may have an idea!

Here is the spore print.... Has a dark almost purplish hue. Possibly just black. Mushrooms aren't bruising any color.

Looks like Psathyrella corrugis, except for the one on the top right of the last pic, can we see the underside of that one?

I assume you are referring to this guy! He snuck into the pic  Found this in bark too. Right by my apartment.

Thanks!!

Am I wrong in thinking this one (top) is a Deadly Cort? The other one is from the same "patch" but looks a little different.

Looks like Laccaria amethysteo-occidentalis

Edit: the bottom one in the first pic looks like a different Laccaria, maybe Laccaria proxima.
