Used Atmos Flow Hood?

I found someone selling some of these Atmos Tech Industries 24"x36" flow hoods for $399 locally and I'm curious if these are any good or if I should steer clear and build myself a hood using a new HEPA unit. Thanks for any input!

Word. I'm really considering buying it, but wanted to check with all you guys first. I've always just used a glove box but I'm about to go big with gourmets and medicinals and I need a proper setup. The only difference between a new HEPA and a used HEPA is that the used one might be a bit dirtier, thus increasing the chance of contams, correct? IE. Are there any risks in getting this used unit?
