I hear you can line thd inside of the bottom of your tub with a clean black plastic bag. The bag sticks to the sub when it shrinks away from the sides and prevents a gap which is creating a sweet micro climate that shrooms luv.

Some say to lay a sheet of suran wrap or something lightly on the top as to create that same micro climate as on the sides.

Some say if your surface conditions are tits then you wont get many side pins.

Personally i say fuck it...let them smoosh!

Probably too late to do much about it at this point. Your pin set is sort of set in stone when your fruit starts to mature. but try to dial in “the glisten” next run.  Happens totally naturally but you often need to replace it when it evaporates over no less than 24 hours.  Ultra fine mister is the tool for that.

I've got a few tubs colonizing right now that i got the sub and casing mix perfect, flipped the lids, left it alone! no opening lid, and everything jst settled right in. Perfect little beads of moisture on beautiful white myc.

Yep.  Let the beads get just about gone and reapply.  Wipe extra off the walls.

What is this wiping it off the walls stuff?  Do you wipe large water droplets off your walls?  Elaborate!  Never heard this before, and am very curious
