Crystals suspended in Shellite

Hey shroomerites, i’m doing my second attempt at a dmt extraction (AB on Confusa) I did one pull from the basified solution and put it in the freezer over night. There are some crystals in there but most of them are suspended in the solution. Should I leave it another night, dry the solution out or pull from the rest of the basified solution and put it all together in the freezer?

Evaporate half of the shellite and put in the freezer again.

You could also just evaporate the shellite.

There’s not much shellite in there. It was only one pull. I just wanted to see if I did the extraction right this time. How long do you usually leave it in the freezer? Can you get good crystals from just one pull?

Is the solution cloudy with the crystals in suspension or clear with suspension? If it's still cloudy I would leave it for another day or two for the precipitate to settle. If transparent, could use a filter to catch the crystals and then quickly put back into the freezer to dry before they melt.
How much volume of solvent was used for how much material? If you used an excessive amount of solvent you may have to evaporate some of it before freeze precipitation will work effectively.
What exactly is the shellite? Naphtha can be composed of many different petroleum distillates and some compositions aren't as suitable for freeze precipitation. I think the more volatile naphthas are generally best.

I think it’s still cloudy. I don’t want to mess with it to look again. I definitely didn’t use too much solvent. I didn’t measure it, but it can’t be more the 15-30ml. 60 grams of Confusa was used. I think I will just leave it in the freezer for another night.
