GT 30g fresh= nauseated + slight aggitation/jittery.

Golden Teacher (MS to BRF): 30 grams Fresh Total. 20 grams (fresh) with an orange: 1 hour later 10 more grams (fresh) with an orange.

Nausea started to occur 20 mins after first dose and doubled after second dose.

slight agitation and very mild onset 30mins in- no visuals or out-reaching thought.

Went for a walk to help with agitation/jittery feeling. Took second dose after getting back from walk-- 10g fresh.

nausea increased soon after 2nd dose. Agitation/jittery feeling remained. No visuals and outreaching thought is only slightly outside of normal.

Comparative to end of flu systems.

Previous experience of 35g fresh went similar. The two times before that of 25g-33g went well with some outreaching thought and occasional giggling--slight visuals with the 33g fresh.

I feel like I'm at an impasse with dosage amounts. I don't want to go up to or over 5g dried because I don't have a sitter and feel very isolated when I do that much by myself. One time, I actually thought the world ended in a Nuclear Winter because when I looked outside and it was snowing: spending the next 2+ hours (could have been 10 mins) watching the road, waiting for a car to pass by. Intense-confused thought might have occurred during this time.

2g dried and less is underwhelming

where to go from here? lemon tea with honey....perhaps.
