Junk GTs !!

So i haven't tripped on shrooms in about 17 years. My 1st flush produced 90g wet , i dried them cracker dry down to 8.7g.

I was stoked to trip again after so many years , i took 4g , waited an hour...nothing

Waited 2 hours...nothing.

Tonight i took the rest , 4.7g. Its been 83 minuets and nothing.

Last night i hae eaten kinda close to when i took them , today i hadn't eaten for 8 hours previous.

I do take an antidepressant , Vilazadone ( Viibryd ). I took one yesterday morning , so maybe the food and the meds blocked it. Cool.

Tonight like i said , no food for 8+ hours and i didnt take the antidepressant. Can that pill block me from tripping 100%?!?

Could i have grown them wrong? They looked awesome. I read that brf cakes make weak shrooms tho , is that true?

Could be genetics, substrate doesn't affect the potency from what ive read, if BRF made weak mushrooms people wouldn't use it that much. Could very possibly be the medication ive read that alot of antidepressants can affect your 5htp receptors if I remember correctly and dull the affects psychedelics. If I remember correctly I think people recommend avoiding meds for about 2 weeks to allow it time to clear your system. Although not taking your meds can be bad in alot of cases

It really sucks buddy. I had a good time growing them.

Ive told my dr that i dont like the pills. I said that i have been seeing shrinks since i was 8 , im 41 now. Im always going to be depressed , for 30 years ive taken pill after pill and ive always still been depressed.

Maybe if i ate the shrooms i grow i could figure out why im depressed in the 1st place.

Ive got some PRs and TCs still to grow , some b+ i think too. About 30 jars more i can grow. Im gonna grow em all over the next few months and save them. Ill come off the vilazodone properly and see if mushrooms help me more than thr chemicals.

Damn man, that sucks :frown: I can't recommend not using meds (I'm no doctor) but it very well might be dulling out the mushrooms

Luck of the draw growing from spores friend may want to get into cloning and isolating or grow some penis envy. You also have tolerance to psychedelics from anti depressants

PE, PE6, and RW are supposed to generally be stronger than . most cubes

rw is normal cube potency. and can be weak or potent just like everything else.

the pe varieties are more potent on average. u forgot ape and peu.

True I forgot ape and peu, Rw from what ive read is supposed to be pretty good, thats based off what caps said and how he likes it better than PE and PE6 granted that is just one person's perspective but couple people in the RW grow along have confirmed that as well so I count it as stronger than average or atleast more often than not of good potency

yea, i would say theyre good potency, still average tho... caps also eats 100 grams lol. i tried some last week and the gt i had was actually more potent :shrug: they all vary alot. maybe rw just varies less? idk, i havnt eaten them enough to know yet

I'm still waiting for my RW to colonize but I was thinking that the potency varies less than others which would kinda make sense as most of the spores have been from the same 4 or 5 people and I bet they are cloning more than MS

they definitely have a nice feeling to them. i had loads of energy, when usually im yawning the whole time and cant get off my ass. rw is probably great for day tripping in the woods. the gt's i just ran out of were more of the couch with music playing kinda trip.

same here bro. and last time i got L, it was so strong i was scared to dose again for awhile. never tripped like that in my life. then when i came back around, the dude disappeared.

Haha I usually only take about a half a tab and thats a pretty good comfort level for me i like to still be able to function somewhat although I took a double dosed tab once (who knows if it really was) and went fishing and it was fucjing beautiful. I haven't bought any in a couple years since i found out people buy a sheet for around 300-400 bucks off the DNM and then charge 10-15 a tab for it, that's just ridiculous! Theyre spending say 300 and making 1,000-1,500

yea, its insane. but theyre taking the risk... and yea, the strong shit i had was beautiful, im just really glad i was at home when i took it. never had an acid trip where i couldnt function at all. i didnt smoke a cigarette for 6 hours! thats unheard of for me. once i started coming down and was able to stand up i was amazed by what just happened.

Don't eat mushrooms with an anti-depressant. There are likely drug interactions, potentially for blah blah blah serotonin syndrome, etc. It's not good.

I got delusional on mushrooms + seroquel and nearly stabbed myself when I was a kid. I couldn't comprehend what was happening. I'm not joking, I would never ever ever gamble on it.

yea, pharmaceuticals in general can have fucked up side effects. u definitly want a clean system when u trip. well, maybe not clean, but not on any mental health drugs.
