Do you use CBD?

If so, does it help?

And what brand?

I bought it originally for headaches and insomnia. The recommended dose and slightly higher (20-40mg) didn't have any noticeable effect on my sleep or headache.

I have noticed that 40mg seems to give me a very mild ease in anxiety and boost in mood, but it's mild enough to possibly be placebo.

I used the oil on my back before and it was nearly instant pain relief and felt great, no placebo there.

The capsules I've used were Green Mountain (now Sunsoil) 20mg, as well as samples of each of the PlusCBD oil tablets.

Just curious if anyone has noticed effects and has a brand they like.

My buddy gave me a shit ton for free. It never seemed to help me in anyway. :shrug:

I don't know for certain what products I've used.  I do know my dog tried some hemp pills from Petco and they stoned him pretty badly.  It's supposed to be for his joints (which don't seem a huge deal yet) and he was pretty stoned.

I'm also not sure if it's any better for my anxiety than a placebo. Definitely better than regular high THC weed though.

So what if you are not looking to get high, but rather treat anxiety in a less potentially addicting way than benzos?

You seem kind of judgmental and dogmatic because it doesn't fit into your idea of how the plant should be used.

Anxiety is trying to tell you something is wrong.  Being conditioned to repress or accept everything makes it worse.

CBD does not help with my anxiety but I shouldn't have assumed it would not work for others. My brand of anxiety requires me to be high AF carry on.

I want to get a cbd vape. I hit my friends and it tasted good. I don't really know if it's good for you or not but it might be a nice alternative to tobacco for people.

CBD has helped tremendously with my anxiety.  It also allows me to wake up feeling refreshed, which has never really happened in my life, even with smoking.  It's also helped to shrink a very large tumor in my friends dog.  Unfortunately it does nothing for my parents.  I also can't smoke without taking it now, it gives THC a completely different feel for me, much more positive.

I've been fooling around with vaping CBD oil and the sublingually absorbed CBD liquid drops while at work.
I work a typical 9-5 office job.
I find that I tend to start becoming a little impatient and anxious to leave in the afternoons, so I've been saving the CBD until the afternoon.
Normally to get rid of the anxiousness and impatientness I go for walks outside, which works pretty well.

I've found that I get some small, but nice relief with the CBD.  It seems to let me take my mind off of feeling impatient and anxious for a short while and allows me to do my work a little better.

I only take a couple puffs if I vape it.  The liquid I will take 8-16 mg.

I take about 35mg every 4-7 hours  More or less depending on the day.  I use the isolate, which I'm trying to start selling here as a vendor & sponsor, along with a few other products.  I usually just take the tip of a credit card and use it sublingually, so it isn't always a perfect measurement. :p

Every few days I do like 1/4 of a thumbprint and give it to my kitty after that happening to my friend's dog.  Dogs and cats both have endocannabinoid systems.
