GT Ms boot box (i guess, its 14ltr).

Been running this from ms syringe direct to grain for 3 generations of g2g, absolutely terrible practice i know and i'm amazed its still putting out good yields, gen 4 has gone into a mono and thats it now, i have the clones i want from some of these clusters and some previous tubs.

Huaulta MS tubs

My 1st Oak Ridge MS shoebox, she drops excessive spore loads.

1st RustyWhyte MS shoebox

Upskirt on either a weird Huaulta phenotype or an accidental crossing of Huaulta and PE. I've only seen 2 shoeboxes out of 24 tubs that both looked like these toadstools, and I definitely mixed at least 10 tubs of the 2. Results of late night drunken myco work when I just started back. I printed 3 caps and took clones from 1 specimen for further analysis.

More Huaulta unmodded mono's. Coming up on the last MS for the Huaulta and PE. Excited to be running clones next.

When to harvest? I heard that when the stipe under the cap gets ripply that's when... But there's not much like that in blobs? They keep growing and growing so... I'm just not sure! This is day 5 of fruit growth.

It saves a lot of space to vac seal them. Since I'm doing that I can put 4 times as much shrooms in the same box:mushroom2::mushroom2::mushroom2::mushroom2:
the only disadvantage: My vac sealer is very strong and nearly crumbles the shrooms.

Beware with vac sealing, if your bags are lightweight - as they are crunching down on the shrooms the shrooms can pop tiny holes in the bag and over time air and moisture and bleed in.

I just keep putting them into things tea, chocolate, oatmeal bars, honey keeps better and I never eat them straight anymore anyway I’d just end up making them into one of those later.

If you have them in a ziplock bag before the vac seal it helps protect them.

Nobody hates on cakes as spawn. I suggest it all the time over sgfc's. Fuck cakes. That's good for people that just like doing the extra work for fun or have a specific need for it.

If you live in a milder climate I think you can get a good volume of colonized wood chips going by starting in February and expanding through April or May then spawn out door beds that may fruit in September through November. However some folks say the bed of chips needs to be outside a year or more. Due to my climate (frozen hard late October to End of April) I’ve only seen a few Allenii fruits in an outdoor bed. However if I keep some in containers that I can move outside in late summer I get better success. If you want to try it I’d say go check out this grow:

I have a preference for using agar and grain over cakes, but I don't hate them.

I just like big piles of fresh cut mushrooms and clean spawn.

That said, I'm firing up the PC for some cakes today.

Fun is fun.
