Is this a grape vine?

Is this muscadine? How old do you think it is? Is it possible to dig them up and transport them? I would love to make wine with the grapes this thing produces. Looks like it's the only thing left of this house they demolished there a long time ago. It's right next to a big long pond and on the other side of that is a large river. The whole area is swampy. This is NE SC. Right by the coast.

I think it was Bertram who sent back to Europe specimens of grape that grew in swampy ground with the idea of extending the range of grape cultivation.

I'm pretty sure muscadine is native to these swampy lands. I imagine the rootstock could be useful for getting other grapes to flourish in soil like this once grafted.

Doesn't look barky enough to be a muscadine or muscadine hybrid. Might be an old cultivar. They do transplant OK if you are gentle with them and get them before they leaf out.
