Its definitely better if your with a significant other or at least some friends. Im a pretty non social person, but when Im rolling I wanna be around people. When I first started doing it many years ago, I loved going to drum and bass parties, not sure if you're into that type of thing though. IMHO roling by yourself is pretty lame...but thats just me.

If you have a roll of 270mg pure MDMA, do yourself an ecpic favor and don't take it in one go.

Normal doses are 75-150mg with 125 regarded as ideal.

I started once with 500mg but it's too intense :lol: 300mg is my sweet spot and then I redose like a maniac :shrug:
