Lions mane question

Hi there, I have finaly got my foot in the door with some growing! Currently I've got 6BRF cakes going that are a week into colonizing. Ive also got some cased king oyster logs im fruiting. My question is about my lions mane though. I cheated and started with a local starter bag. It's been in my SFC for about 3 weeks now and i haven't seen anything change with the fruits in about 10 days. They haven't grown or change in appearance at all. They seem to have pretty tight clusters but the teeth aren't elongating at all. (Ive heard thats a sign that they're ready for harvest. Should I harvest them anyway or just keep waiting? Both of the larger fruits are a bit smaller then fist size. Any help would be great. Thanks! Also ive been fanning twice a day and the temp is around 69 degrees with 99% humidity.

I have had my fruits stall like that in the past before. I kept waiting for the teeth and then noticed bacterial contamination. If they have been sitting for 10 days with no change, I would guess they aren't going to grow anymore.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah,  i ended up harvesting and they fried up real well. Still very tender. Hoping for a second flush or else ill use it for my shiitake grow
