Fresh Mush vs Older Mush * 1

This may be subjective but I’m throwing it out there due to my experiences over the years because I always find myself relating to the same issue. This isn’t something I just thought about but that happened more than once.

I notice little things in my daily life and especially how I feel. I’m very good at noticing pretty much everything but not over analyzing the situation.

Tripping on fresh mushrooms has an easier come up and overall more enjoyable and more visual trip than mushrooms that are let’s say 6 months or a year old. (That was a long sentence)

I find myself getting a bunch after a bulk grow and remembering the trips off the fresh ones being very very clean and beautiful. Then I’ll take a few months off or even longer and find myself trying these again with a different experience.

As said before this is subjective of course.

I personally think the older mushrooms lose some sort of potency and kinda give me a strange trip kinda like smoking shitty weed. Haha that’s the best I can come up with because as everyone knows it’s hard to explain.

Not saying you can’t trip hard or anything with older shrooms but I think the overall quality just degraded itself and has an affect on my mind. Especially the visual aspect IMO

I try to have freshies as often as I know I will need them.

Definitely agree.

Fresh shrooms has this "element" to them that makes them feel super smooth, super natural, a gentle vibe, almost like you are not even taking a drug. That syngery.

With dried shrooms, it feels more like a drug, less natural, less smooth.

Lol oh man. I ate 44g fresh off of my first flush. The trip seemed very mellow. Then a week later I ate 8g dry. Blew my socks into the next county. I could imagine doubling the fresh dose and I don't see them giving me such a hard ride.
8 was rough. It's was very strange, both trips.

It’s not simply subjective. There is a literal chemical difference between fresh and, old shrooms, with genuinely two different chemicals responsible for two quite distinct experiences.

I have the exact opposite affect with fresh mushies.  Very strange.  Maybe that is my problem.  I always ate dried shrooms growing up.  Now, eating fresh ones, is disagreeing with my body.

I haven't notice any difference. I mean there were a pretty shitty trips on tea made of fresh (just picked) mushrooms, as well as pretty awesome trips on year-old mushroom powder.

The only difference I notice that in 90% I have nausea on Golden Teacher no matter how fresh or old they are, and about 5-10% nausea chance on B+.

I had a nice trip on year-old 2 caps I found in my drawer last Sunday. 1.2g that had been stored in small box (not air-tight) with room temperature about 24oC. I didn't expect much from it, I just swallow the powder with water and go skiing. I had strong visuals, sound distortions and feel awesome. That was pretty nice trip.

Maybe not eat them, MiracleMike...

Make tea, all the active ingredients are water soluble and don't degrade at 100+ Celsius.

Nah, it's the same. Pills, tea, dry, fresh. It's like my GT culture is cursed. First generation was like this 3 years ago, and now last year's second generation just the same. But B+ is awesome. I know that Cubes is Cubes, yet GT experience varies from bad to worst generally because of nausea.

I find that freshly picked DRIED shrooms made into tea gives you one hell of a clean colorful feeing.
It’s so natural it’s crazy. These mushrooms I have been taken recently have just felt strange but still good but very different. They are dated April 2018 but I’m still going to use them of course.

When in doubt produce more
