Microdosing schedule and dosage

Hi guys! It's been a while.

I haven't use any psychedelics for about 6 months, but recently I've found some year-old mushies from last grow and decided to microdose 'em. I've checked the web and found different approaches to this.

1. The most popular scheme is to take 0.1g every third day. Dose, 2 days off, and dose again.
2. Not so popular scheme is to take 0.1g every second day.
3. Some (like Paul Stamets) recommend to take 0.1 every weekday and skip on weekends.
4. And The most extreme scheme. I found it here on shroomery. Every weekday take 0.2g at the morning, and 0.3g at the evening before going home. Then skip the weekends, or optionally take 1g at Saturday/Sunday.

I'm currently using 4th, extreme scheme. I've started from 1.2g on Sunday, and first 0.2 on Monday shocked me a bit cause it actually feels like tripping. I thought it will go away on Tuesday because of tolerance, but no. I started to take afterwork 0.3g only on Wednesday and still I able to feel the hit.

Want to mention that I'm using a pretty powerful P.C. B+ -- a year ago 2.5g of these were able to kick the shit out of you. And they still very potent. Two caps (1.2g) I found in the drawer on Sunday helped me to get between Level 2 and Level 3.

What are your microdosing plan? What are your dosage?

Mon-fri, .1, twice a day. Sat/sun doses vary, sometimes reaching over a gram throughout a day.

No days off here, yet any way. Day 40 today.

0,2g is way too much IME. You shouldn't actually feel your microdose.
I'd rather go down to something like 0,05g or even less. I know it's fun to trip a tiny bit every now and then but if you feel it, it's not a microdose and you probably don't get the benefits of a microdose.

Every day 0.25 g in the morning.

On week-ends/days off I add another 1-2 g throughout the day.

I have a pill machine and making them balanced is a PITA, so I do anywhere from 0.15 - 0.25 grams per pill.

I can not feel any effects at all from these doses. (no these are not PE)

I do 1 day on, two days off. So, dose Monday, then dose again Thursday. Nothing in-between.

I'm transitioning off mental health meds, and this keeps me ALMOST as balanced. I still do at least one big trip a month. (usually do it every 2 weeks)

ShaperDreaming, what pill size are you using? Couple of years ago I tried #00 and pack about 0.5g in it. But I had to pack mushroom powder very tight. Now I've ordered #2 for microdosing (haven't receive it yet), but still in doubt about will that be enough.

I use 00, mostly because of the pill machine I got it for. The machine does 100 at a time and I aim for 0.2, but it's not very scientific. I could easily fit 0.5 with it, but that seems too high.
