Quinoa Recipe questions.

I've looked around the site, and gotten some conflicting and or incompleat info, so I'll ask and hopefully this will help others.
From what I understand, Quinoa is a good nutrient source in a substrate. But in the Alien subtrate tek, there were comments on the water level being too high.
So, for any of you more advanced mycoligists out there, I need a little help.
Here's what I have,
Quinoa flour
Whole brown rice
Flax seed
Vermic
water

Can anyone give me methods/ mesurments/ advice/ harsh critisism........no wait........just the first three, to perfect this recipe using what I have to make 12 half pint jars?

Sounds like this is your first grow, so:

Put your brown rice in a blender till you get flour, yes, it'll be chunky, thats fine.

Follow pf tek.

Use quinoa after you've got that under your belt.

It's actually not my first grow, had alot of success with GTs and just BRF, but wanted to try this stuff since it was available.
However, I was looking for tips and found some info, but then a response that there was too much water, so I'm hoping someone who has had success with this stuff couls help.

Oh, and thanks for responding, I was starting to think I was invisible.

When people ignore a post it usually means they have nothing to add.

Anyway, if this isn't your first grow, then you can start on something called experimentation. Try quinoa with different amounts of water and figure out the ideal content yourself.

After you do that, you can comment on the tek, specifying how much you used, and therefore contribute to the community.

Either that or wait more.

Probobly what I'll wind up doing, but since I don't have the time to prep everything till Friday, I thought I'd try to get some input.

OK, so I got no help, so perhaps this experiment will help others.
I took 1 and 1/4 cups of Brown rice, and ground it in a blender.
I added 3/4 cups of quinoa flour and mixed that in.
Then I added 1/2 cup of flax seed.
I was mixing ten jars, but this would have been enough for 12.
The, I just followed the PF tek, 1/2 cup of vermiculite, 1/4 cup of flour mix, 1/4 cup of water(should use just shy of 1/4 cup).
Pressure cooked at 18 psi for way longer than needed.

Injected with South Africans from TLG (just a little well deserved plug).

I'll keep ya'll posted on the results (you may want to move this to grow log forum)
