Jars are too wet, likely slightly bacterial as a result: fine for spawning but wouldn't G2G IMO

Unused petris at room temp is fine, and avoids a lot of fuss with temp swings...

Another beautiful tub Nate

and about the CO2 build up, i put my jars upside down would that not take care of allot of the problem?

No.  You should not store petri dishes upside down.  It forces the water in the agar to 'drain' out, collecting on the lid, which then floods the culture when you right the dish/jar.  In addition, mycelium grows best on the top(away from gravity) surface of a flat plane, and when forced to grow upside down, growth and performance is slower.  Since the whole point of isolation on agar is to encourage the fastest growth possible, it should be done in actual Petri dishes that are stored right-side-up for best results.

Careful... SOMEONE ELSE... will come in and pick that apart using no merits until nothing is left because noobs think he's god. Because he stalks the getting stared forum.

I cant get over how fast this pan iso (3) is moving! 72 hours from pin! to compare here is pan iso (2) cloned from a different ms tub. they were put into FC the same day, and both had pins the same time exactly seven days later. here is iso (2) iso (3) is the tall ones pictured below

the small yellow thing im pointing at is a pump I attached to the small clear lines. so to maintain the high amount of FAE I have on these tubs I also have to be replacing that water. each tub drinks about 1/10th of a quart a hour. the air pump kicks on for  3 min every 45min, this causes the excess moisture to evaporate which not only is the key factor in getting these guys to grow its also dry your fruits off. When replacing this much moisture you end up soaking your fruits, and I was having a problem with the fruits getting too wet and bruising. However, if I turned down the fogger my sub would quickly dry out. Running the pump like this and giving them a quick dry out seems to have fixed my problem. Anyway y 'all's shit looking great! keep it up!

First of my mazatepec boxes coming along, this was a t3 plate, 2mqt 1:1 with coir. This thing has mushies on all sides even a few on the bottom. Gonna end up cutting these down tomorrow morning and soaking the sub for a couple hours.

Just spawned some PESA to pasteurized cow shit + sawdust. Tried to pasteurize these properly. Hopefully it doesn't go green.

I want to keep these cultures for a long time though, at room temperature for more than a few weeks it turns into a dried plate even if wrapped.

Azurescens Ms to rye grain bag, to egg box, then placed on an egg box lid with a sprinkling of alder chips. Into a takeaway tub bottom, then slid inside a plastic Sealy bag with a GE port of micropore tape

A Wavy Cap stem butt I was sent that I put to eggbox lid:

Cyan egg box lid is sat inside takeaway tub with lid on.

Haven't seen my projects for 2 weeks im very pleased!
