humidity level

hey guys. so i'm working on my second bulk grow. the first time i think i kept it too moist and lost it to bacteria after the 2nd flush. this time i think i may be doing the opposite. pins kinda stalled after a few days. i got myself a temp and humidity reader. what humidity level should i have going on ideally?

The only humidity that is of concern is at substrate level. The hygrometer isn't really going to tell you anything useful.
