anyone try goat cheese?

It was reduced by 50% because it was about to expire so I bought some, I thought it tasted like cream cheese, but it was kinda crumbly hard to get out of the packet in one piece

I also bought some goat milk because my girlfriend will drink all the milk in the middle of the night and i wont have any for my coffee in the morning but she wont drink goat milk cause whatever reason, I thought it tasted like milk, I read once that if you drink goat milk straight fron the goat it hits your opioid receptors,dont know if thats true though

My Dad's extended family, one of his Aunts and Uncles owned a goat farm. I worked on their farm during the summer when I was 14 and 15. Don't recall getting a buzz from any of the goat milk I'd drink. There's this though: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4586534/

Goat milk is really creamy, good stuff. And goat cheese is awesome as well. I don't regularly buy it at the store or anything though, regular cow milk is sufficient.

Me and some friends went camping in the desert once by this little town of about 30 people tops, we woke up early to goats screaming and discovered one of the guys was milking them, and he gave us some! Freshly squeezed goat milk is amazing! Tasted creamier and sweeter than cow milk. Haven't found any in the stores here though.

Goat cheese is also pretty good! I like that it's more sour than cow cheese, but it would be nice if it were creamy enough to easily spread on a bagel. Tastes great with tomatoes.

Should cut my cheese usage and definitely stick to organic choices if buying cheeses made of cow milk.
Much less antibiotics ect. Shit in goat cheeses if I understand that correctly.
And less suffering for the animal.

Goat cheese is the best, to me it has a completely different taste to cow cheese. I've seen a lot of places that serve it in food mix it with sweet things like chutney/honey/caramelized plums, and it works really well.

I find goat's milk is similar to cow's milk, but it still has a faint taste of whatever makes the cheese nice

Throw some of that goat cheese in a salad with some almonds/pecans/walnuts and some type of salad fruit like oranges or apples. Fuckin amazing!!!

I used to enjoy goat cheese.

After caring for a male and female pair of goats for the Summer, I no longer like the taste 😔

The cheese tastes exactly like the male goat smells and he was nasty.

That fucker could suck his own dick and he'd do it all the time. It was probably the weirdest looking dick I've laid eyes on too.

Goat cheese is really yummy.  One of my first exposures was as a panko crusted goat cheese crouton with a salad.  Wasn't even a food person back then and it still stuck out. Creamy, slightly sour,  so yummy and rich.
