It's sad that things got so bad for this guy, addiction takes many forms:shrug:



Dude eats 10,000 calories a day and has spent around £22,000 in 6 years on take aways. After his mum died he put on 30 stone in 3 years.

Edit: I was actually watching this on TV there now and he died from sleep apnea.

losing weight is hard I tried intermittent fasting but I only loss ten pounds cause I was only eating one meal a day but I was eating too much in that one meal so a couple days ago I increased it to two meals a day but portion controlling these meals so I hope that helps I ate some left over scallop potatoes at 3pm and im having bacon and eggs before bed because I hate going to sleep on an empty belly, oh ya I was doing the one meal a day since october and I only lost 10 pounds

Combine IF and keto for good results.
Have lost 26 pounds on last 6 months with that.
OK first it was just keto. And this has been with no extra training because most of that time have been recovering from knee injury.
