Starting a Cannabis Cultivation setup - legally! 1

My problem is...no money
In 2018 Health Canada introduced its micro-cultivation and micro-processing licenses, in a bid to have some smaller craft-style cultivation enterprises start up. This class of licenses are limited to 200m2 and 600kg/year, respectively. I am poised to cash in on the burgeoning “AAAA-bud” market by offering a few high-grade products, which have sold in the black market for as much as $15/g.
The cannabis industry in Canada is expected to generate over $4 billion in sales during 2019. Health Canada has set a limit for the craft cannabis producer which leaves us with over $4 million in sales potential! Craft producers are rightly seen as the go-to people for high-quality product!
I have started the application process with Health Canada to be a licensed cannabis producer. All is going well...but I am up against that funding wall
I honestly have the best business plan! All the calculations have been done and this looks like a surefire way to turn $300k into $4 million in a year, with sales grossing over $4M/year after that!
Do any of you have any suggestions? I don't have a good network set up...so I don't really know where to turn.

Do you want someone to tell you how to raise a Million Dollars, or do you want someone to be impressed by the forecast so that they themselves invest that Million Dollars, which equates to 100% liability?

Yes, I'd like someone to tell me how to raise a million
I usually say exactly what I mean. Comes with the territory.

Maybe contact some banks and give a presentation on your business proposal? Might get some loan offers

I wish I had a spare million on the shelf, I trust you did your homework.
Set up a cryptocurrency with that goal in mind and treat them like shares in your business? Zero to hero just like that. If you can make it clear to your audience you're not a ripoff artist and got a sound plan you can consider yourself funded - its a bonanza and your shot is a surefire way to generate profits. (fact is you could even get funding as a known ripoff artist as long as you raise a large enough brouhaha)
You can find people able to setup a crypto but lack a business plan. You literally have to shake the right hands online and you're both set. You wanna gogogo and lenty of crypto nerds wanna gogogo and some might even already done all the work just practicing the skills waiting for the opportunity you present.
You want to become a preoducer of a highly desired commodity in an emerging market. You really should ge able to get funding. You're the one willing to do Tha Work. That is the hardest person to find for any plan.
Gotta do it now when the grass is still green.
If you do this, I'd like a stack of them TREND coins for my trouble

Thanks for the idea!! I had been toying with the idea of having crypto involved, somehow, but now I'm on to some specifics
