Pan Cyans and Penis Evny stalled, need advice

Hey all. So I have two grows going a Pan Cyanescens Hawaiian and Penis Envy. Both have been in fruiting for over two and a half weeks with no signs of pinning. Pan Cyans sub was made from straw, dried horse manure and verm. It colonized very fast. PE was a mixture of coir, dung and verm. Both were cased with a 5050 peat/verm mix with gypsum and a small amount of lyme. Same mix I use on my other cubes. For both I waited until 10% was poking through, patched and put into fruiting.

The PE has consumed the casing layer and looks like this:

The Pans have poked through in areas.

I've never had anything sit this long and not show any signs of pinning nor have I had the casing layer completely colonize. I'm starting to worry about contams. This is only my second time growing PE and that was 6 years ago. First for cyans.

If I am overreacting and just need to patient let me know. Any other advice is welcome.

I pretty sure there's something really wrong with your Pan Cyans.
Never seen Pan Cyan mycelium get that thick.
