What mushrooms to start with?

So this will be my first time with mycology how ever I’d like to know which mushrooms I can start with? Eventually I will do my own magic mushrooms however I’d like to start with something different.
What mushrooms could I grow with agar and bods unmodified monotub tek?
I’d love to hear your input and advice.
Thank you
Edit: Cubes are not an option right now.

First time, start with P. Cubensis. Any strain will do

Classic cube varieties (not pe varieties, which are a little more demanding and slower) anything with a place for a name, b+, golden teacher etc... cubensis are pretty much like weeds as far as mush cult goes... grow classic cubes, hone skills for conditions maintenance, and then venture outward

Cubes would be great as that’s the end goal however for leagal reasons we’re playing it safe right now. Any other suggestions? I’m looking into oysters now.

Use agar to clone a mushroom! Take mushroom flesh (sterile technique) and place on agar. Clean it up! Then grain to grain transfer it!

Wrong forum then.
Here’s the forum for mushrooms that are not psychoactive. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/postlist.php/Board/13

Oysters are about as easy a first step as you can take.

P. Cubensis are an excellent choice for a first time grow, as are any species of Pleurotus (oyster).
Be sure to read the tek you've chosen at least once from beginning to end before you attempt it. Bodhisatta has tons of great information, don't go changing it up before you even try it out the way it's written or you will fail, his teks work as written, they are tried and true. Best of luck.

Don't give up if it doesn't work out the first time, but if you follow his tek to the letter you will be fine.
