when i does up on LSD or shrooms my jaw always locks down and decently hard too. When i feel stress i tend to take a breath of air with more time inbetween each one. Eventualy ill notice that and ill takes some breaths in and the jaw tension will fade.
This also occours when bad feelings creep into my mind, i stop breathing, start to breath again and they fade away. My theroy is that im starving my brain for O2 and the jaw and/or bad feelings are my brain screaming for me to breathe.
Since then ive noticed that no bad feelings at all occour if i just keep taking deep breaths.
Anyone else noticed it, sounds very meditation based to me.
