Whats your process? Are you starting on agar and getting clean spawn? From what I've seen, it's likely lack of clean spawn. Are you starting on agar, or...?

I used MS for two of the jars I had. I just spawned one and going to use the other one for g2g. I mean.. isn't it technically clean if it grew in the jar with nice myc? Or?
I prepped all the grains right and pc'd accordingly.. so I hope I don't get anything other that mushrooms.

So, you're likely bringing along the contam hiding in "good" looking grains. I'm mostly repeating other people's information here, but this is what used to happen to me (contam after first flush) and after I switched to agar I've not had this problem. Even if everything is beautiful and white myc, that myc likely grew over weakly hidden contam.
It sounds like you're doing everything right for using MS syringe inoculation technique, but that technique is still more dirty than using agar2grain.
Anyways, my recommendation is to add agar to your strategy. It'll add time, but clean up your spawn as best you can.

It'll save time and resources in the long run; allow for subsequent flushes and better return... you could start agar and continue running syringe straight to grain until dishes are clean and ready

Well I just did a g2g with 5 jars with one of my ms Jars. In all reality.. if all these put out and at least give me one solid flush from each one.. I'll be set on mushrooms for a bit. I just wanted one huge return to have them for my camping trips in summer!

But then again I am becoming addicted to doing this lol. It's fun. I do have the stuff for agar. I mine as well do it. Just drop ms to agar.. transfer once.. then agar to grain?
Or I guess I could try a clone off this shoebox I have going... ooof

If the donor jar has hidden contaminants, all recieving jars will as well... I'd let them colonize >50% before shaking, just to give any contaminants a chance to show before spawning and wasting materials

So theyβre smaller in width and depth but taller? Thatβs crazy having a pin in 8 days from spawn. Iβll get there. Need to get my initial sub field capacity dialed in. Have a few more jars colonizing so Iβll get more practice soon.:-)
2nd flush of Brazilians are coming in. Caps on the cluster in the top right are too wet so Iβve backed off on misting. I think they were actually starting to form when I dunked the sub which is part of the problem. Either way Iβll get them right. If you look towards the bottom of the pic thereβs a hole and an area where the myc isnβt growing. Noticed some green mold on the top but think I caught it in time. Wet the mold and area around it with 70/30 iso mix. Very carefully removed all visible mold then misted w/ distilled water. Been about a week without any signs of further tams so Iβm stoked!

Just dub tubbed this 1st flush on a Roatan clone salvage. Had trich starting in one corner right as the box fully colonized. Cut out about 1/4 of the sub, took it out of the SB, cleaned the box then put it back in. Let it sit for a few days w/o misting to observe to make sure the trich didnβt come back. Itβs taken the sub a while to recover but looks like it wonβt be a total loss! Probably 10 days since I cut out the sub.

Yes and I didn't have this issue in the warmer weather when I could crack the windows and get fresh air in the building. It could be another variable, but I pasturise for two hours and my spawn technique is decent enough. I might be wrong, but I'm going to do some tests anyway. I just get the impression the air gets stale on those boxes and I don't always have the ability or remember to fan twice daily.

Excuse me sir, they prefer to be called "full-bodied" and they ain't need no man to run them. Get with the times, its the current year bud!

The thickness is real tho. my sub is begging for mercy, and I tell it to buck up cause this is only the first flush
