using jar that didn't fruit invitro for g2g

just like the title says, i went to get some grain in the works and realized i had a few jars laying around, most of which had fruited invitro and 2 that hadn't so i used those to g2g into a new batch of rye.

thinking more into it, were these the worst jars to use? they were all originally multispore and now i'm wondering if i'm using the mycelium least likely to fruit for grain masters.

just wondering if i should start back over from the syringe or if i'm good to keep using these jars. colonizing quite nicely, just the only jars that didnt fruit in the time i had left them. any help appreciated.
