I just hate how people put you down just to feel better about themselves. People are so ignorant. If life has been difficult for them they want to make you suffer.

God damn, I was suffering so long, I think Im starting to enjoy suffering.

Stoic philosophy and buddhist dharma's were tremendously helpful for me when I was at my worst and alienated from everyone.

when you learn to take the right actions and stop going against your true nature, you start inevitably loving yourself more.  It can help you care less about the misguided thoughts and actions of others, while turning yourself into the type of person that attracts positivity
