Is this cap infected? If it is what do advice doing?
Can i still harvest, or should throw away?

Looks like plain old bruising to me, I'd wait for a second opinion but it looks fine to me. Your cake is looking pretty blue there, using an SGFC?
You may find that Mateah's Humidity Chamber Tek is a bit more noob friendly if you're struggling with Humidity levels.
