Massaging my hair, a weird thing I do now...

Hi,

Does anybody like to massage their hair during trips?

I've noticed during my trips that I like to massage my hair, a lot. 2-3 hours in I end up looking like a mad evil scientist.
My apartment mate gave me a strange look one day, didn't know why at the moment, it was the hair.

Funny story:
Last time I was suddenly curious how long may hair was.
There I was, in front of the mirror, ruler in hand, trying to measure a piece of hair still attached to my head.
Only after about 2 minutes of this, did it occur to me that I could just pull one out. :rolleyes:

It's 6 cm.

Well, I do have a dry scalp and have been massaging some tea tree extract mixed with some virgin coconut oil. Though, not while tripping.

i've gotten brain zaps... at least how i describe em. almost like a gong went off in your head, your brain suddenly vibrates like crazy and you're like "WTF was that?"

and i do tend to massage myself when tripping... it feels good, and is good for you as well. i heard scalp massages help bring blood flow to the hair follicles and prevent balding... not sure how true that is :lol: my hairs still pretty thick in my mid thirties, but then again my moms dad kept his hair till he died so that's not a fair data point. :rofl:

Oh, the rush of thoughts/ideas. Yep, that's when the massaging happens.

I think it is about extension,
it's a connection to trails, tracers, etc.

more of an adderall thing really. I think I've gotten them while tripping before. Hair just feels weird

oh man, have you guys ever mixed adderall with psilocybin? They fucking potentiate eachother brilliantly IME, makes for all night/next day fun

I really enjoy combing my hair while tripping. It's starting to get pretty long now, I'm due for a haircut soon.

Haven't tried Adderall, how do they interact?

From what I've read Aderrall allows one to focus intensly on one task.
Psilocybin allows ones mind to wander freely, it's really hard to focus on some task while triping.

Do both give you some sort of "focused mind wandering"? Like that drug in the movie Limitless?

The main thing I notice is that it makes the effects of both drugs last way longer, I just found the thread I made when I first discovered this and it says I was up for a full 48 hours, that was a rather high dose of adderall though. Plus the adderall never fails to put me in a good mood, so it helps to avoid the darkness that can accompany mushrooms and gives you the energy to deal with it all.

Best aphrodisiac of all time. Improving not only tactile sensation/pleasure but also creativity, gets the ladies doing nasty things they'd never do otherwise. Not unlike mdma but it can last a full 24 hours. Could not sing the praises any higher, favorite drug of all time.
