White puffy strands

I have been colonizing 6 jars for 30 days and while i know condensation and water on sides are normal, i am getting like cotton puffs on top of rhizomorphic growth in some jars.  Has been 4 days since bottom has turned white.  Should i dunk now?  Heard the puffs can be from too much humidity .  First grow and nervous....

At work so no pics, bored so i was checking sites and read about something like what i have but only after dunking...  My mycellium have been pulling away from jars and drops of water for weeks.  Way before whole was colonized.

Well if the whole thinkmg is colonized either spaen it or birth it with a dunk and roll
