Hey guys,
I wonder if you ever had a health issue that got fixed by using mushrooms.
Anxiety, depression, PTSD, tinnitus or even cancer. I'd like to know which dosage and if you used another drug too.
I ask this question because Ayahuasca seems to heal people and as Psilocybin is so closely related to DMT I wonder if it also helps healing health issues.
Did anyone?

Never suffered from anything above but I healed quickly after a very tough breakup. The next day after my trip, I couldn't give a shit about her anymore

Shrooms and Ayahuasca helped me with my addiction and relationship/commitment issues.
There are many people who benefit from treating anxiety and depression with them.
However, the only thing that can truly 'fix' you, is you - shrooms are just a tool and need to be combined with all the other stuff - diet, meditation, therapy etc

I concur with the healings of addictions. I know it's not mushrooms, but one of my first few DMT trips were of 3 or so entities that pulled out something inside my brain that just let the addiction go. It was like being set free from my own prison of self-delusion into partaking with the things that were claiming me. It's like I all of a sudden had the ability to make a choice about it. This frame of mind has extended into many mare things in my life as well, but addiction is the most salient aspect of a psychological change.
I've heard of blood pressure problems being resolved, I think on an interview with Kai Wingo or somewhere close.

Tripping helped me kick my weed addiction, went from an ounce a week to only smoking every other week in the span of a single trip.
My girlfriend also has said it reduced her anxiety, she only has a panic attack like once a month now compared to every week before.

I have anxiety, depression, severe panic attacks.
Medication kept me from careening off a cliff when I was at rock bottom. Therapy helped me identify and recognize my issues and how to respond to them with self compassion and human connection rather than habitual self deprecation. Shrooms gave me the perspective shift that greatly changed how I view myself and helped me break a lot of those habitual thoughts.
Happy to say my depression is gone, my anxiety is a strong breeze where it used to be a hurricane, and I no longer induce myself into panic attacks.

Only if you listen to them. The first time I did mushrooms, they told me to stop watching porn. Did I listen? NOPE. Now I got full blown HOCD and a little POCD and some incest thoughts and can't really enjoy tripping.

All of my issues in my post were greatly fueled by porn addiction. Getting to the bottom of why I absolutely needed porn every day to think straight has improved my life in countless ways. At the bottom was emotional issues that I had no idea were related to porn. When I met those needs and nursed the emotional wounds I had my addiction stopped and I no longer watch porn

You can practice healthy masturbation for sure, but porn is definitely not a good thing.
Something i've been dealing with this year as am in a long distance relationship - which puts pressure on sex when we do see eachother - i wasn't having a good time or performing (lasting) as i saw it, since i started practicing tantric masturbation stuff it's blown all the anxiety and issues out the water, as well as being way more satisfying than rushing to the finish on some 7min online vid.

For me it became a way to numb out just like one would with any other drug. My drug, the only one I had access to when I was young, was dopamine from viewing and masturbating to porn.
Any emotional discomfort was met with porn and masturbation and that behavior was reinforced dopamine until it became the way I dealt with everything. It kind of turned me into a weird robot in a way. Feeling like I controlled my behavior but not really at the same time. Very not in control.

The night of a DMT breakthrough I almost always have a dream that gives me an answer to a problem in my life... Almost in riddle form. Its truly strange.
With mushrooms, I seem to figure it all out while peaking, then forget most of it. What I do bring back often leads to some truly meaningful, albeit small, changes in my life.

Shrooms has helped me in many ways including broadening my perception of consciousness and the right path, It truly saved my life, Ive had an addiction to most substances since very young to help numb the pain and the situation I was in, I got into a really bad break up with the first human I truly loved.
I spiraled into depression like never before and begin into heavy use again and had thoughts of suicide, I went on a camping trip with some friends and I realized that all my friends were fake and I had no one again, I went for a walk and found an amanita muscaria and decided I wanted to go out in a psychedelic trip(I didn't know muscaria are toxic but will not kill you) so i ate the amanita and decided to lay down and enjoy my death, a couple mins in I started puking out of control and started feeling really bad and regretting my decison.
Im not gonna get into the whole trip beacuse it lasted for 20 hours, but the day after I was a completley new being, felt no depression, no anger, no resentment against anyone and at that moment I knew I was born here to spread this medicine and I started studying mycology.
From that day I havent smoked a cigarette nor touch any other harmful drug including alcohol and caffeine, And that kids is how I met your mother earth.

But how are you right now? Did you stop masturbating and have noticed any difference?
