Flip 'em. This happened to me - first grow - I had mushrooms growing across the bottom of the cake and out the other side. I flipped them and two cakes started pinning right away. The mushrooms I got off the upside down cakes were short and stubby and few. Only 30g fresh off two cakes.

I went ahead and just flipped one to see how it acts..

Yeah I got this on my first successful grow too.... I flipped and they all grew really well!

I say flip em and watch the beauties groooooowwwwww

I’ll compare growth with the flipped vs non flipped and update in a few days. Almost wondering if i should sit cakes in a lid that can hold water
