Growing nutritional yeast

I'm looking to start growing nutritional yeast and hopefully obtaining enough to sell. I have found lots of info on the site about using nutritional yeast as a culture additive but nothing on how to grow it.

Anyone know anything about it?
Where I could obtain a live culture?
What medium would you use, agar or a LC type thing?
I'm just starting my research but ill be looking into it any info is appreciated.
