You have also been under a tremendous amount of stress in the last few years and that contributes to all kinds of physical stuff as well.

I'm not taking a bet like that!:sad: I'm happy for you that you're getting insurance and going to a doc. Get a full physical as well while you're at it, won't hurt anything.

So Mr. medic I got something for you.


All these symptoms can be traced back to one event starting them.

I took some of my dads oxycodones when he was dying because I was super depressed and wanna numb the pain. I never really enjoyed opiates I'm kinda allergic I guess.

After snorting them for 3 or 4 days it made me deathly sick for the next week.

I would wake up throwing up until noon but once 1 or 2pm came around I felt fine.

On day 6 I was finally able to buy weed and it helped me so much.

The oxycodone triggered something that week that I'm still dealing with.

This was 3 years ago.

That sounds very complicated and I've only been a nurse for 2 years! Get the full physical and let the doc know about that maybe. I despise painkillers/downers with a passion and I hope I NEVER have to take them more than a few days. They make me nauseous and just feel really shitty and bad. Were the ER or IR? There are other meds and binders in the pill as well. If you take oxycodone extended-release tablets, swallow them whole. Do not chew, break, divide, crush, or dissolve them. I also think that opiates/oids/opium has an affect on the mental as well as the physical. There are many factors involved with your particular case. Get a full physical!
