I like most all Zepp equally but for some wierd reason i like Presence the best...Most think its the worst When i saw Zep i remember Jimmy Page broke a b string which is the very worst one to break..He just improvised and nobody could tell the difference! That impressed the hell outta me and at the time i really didnt care that much about the band...Some bands you just gotta see em live an Zepp was one im glad i didnt miss

My dad introduced me to led zeppelin when I was a baby. Lately I've been listening to them exclusively on my minidisc player.

I love Led Zeppelin. I was raised on them .. and its one of the only connections all of my family has together. My mom and I used to fight and fight and fight.. then we'd get in the car and just blast Zeppelin and it would all be okay again.
I haven't listened to them much lately, but i do have the box set and most of the cds by themselves as well. It just seems like all of the awesome people I meet love Led Zeppelin. My sister got married today. .and i remember the first day I Met her fiance we were talking about Led Zeppelin and it was instant connection.
<3 love the zep

Absolutely!! I grew up on LZ, but I did get abuse from my friends though, when I said Page doesn't deserve to wipe Jimi Hendrix's ass.

Whats their sound like? Do they use an organ (orgel sp?) and have a the doors sound? In that case I think I might have heard them... but I'm not sure.
Lol, I knew someone would use that smiley on me.

They have a bluesy, heavyish, full-power, rock sound. They have organs and keys on some tracks (No Quarter being the most famous one I can think of). What I love about them is that on basically every CD they have one or two really stoned out, psychedelic songs. The rest of the CD is nice bluesy "hard" rock, but they always toss in that one trippy song I definitely recommend it to ya...

I've heard it before. I guess it's worth one listen, but it's sort of lame.
filthysock - If you're in the civilized world, you've had to have heard Stairway to Heaven. Download it now just so you can remember.

It's interesting, at least... I couldn't hear the satanic message until I read the "lyrics" for what he is saying backwards... but then I could definitely hear it. Maybe it is just placebo, and since I had read the words, I "heard" them... I dunno

Back when I was little like kindergarden 1st gradeish, my older brother and sister use to play starway to heaven backwards and scare the piss out of me. I remeber having to sleep with the light on for months. I thought everyone knew of the so called satanic messages in starwary. There was like a rumour that jimi page sold hes soul to the devil for rich in fame or somthing. That would explain why all there songs are so fuckin good.

Well seeing the mighty Zep on red blotter acid on labour day weekend in 1971 when i was 17 was definately a highlight of my drug and music legacy, what's more to say?
