You know why.

Pubbot is not fully functional yet.  Once it is it will have its own edited by account line.  Until then it runs as whatever moderator is currently available for permissions/security reasons.  It *IS* new years after all.  Only a monster would expect Ythan to fully code and implement a bot to help keep things in line right now.
