I’m using 8g brf to 8g agar for 400ml of water. Hasn’t done me wrong yet.
Said it on a previous post, but you may not have seen it.
We’ll see how it goes.

I trust plate 2 and 4 most, but i would take them all to grain but avoid 12 o'clock on plate 3

I am far from any type of expert but the second from the left and the one on the right end look beautiful to me. I'd pick them

That's funny I was just about to say the same thing. 2 and 4 to grain and take transfers of 1 and 3 imo Quote:

Now that I take a better look I think that's just a shadow and plate one looks awesome as well id still take transfers first so u have them stored.

Yeah I would love to be able to do all my grows like this. But I’m curious to see how long the bowl lasts since the myc is already working its way through some of the cracks in it.

Those are nice and ropey.
3rd one over I'd transfer again. Opposite side of that bald spot forming.

GT Ms in unmodded, total set and forget in very low temps.
Stunted fruits as expected, i'm sure they'll be dense as fuck though.
Some good clone candidates in the clusters.

Ok, let's play "Omg those plates are dirty... Let's clean them up."
Any recommendations for where to grab on these to transfer to a new plate?
This is golden oysters... They were from a liquid culture and ughhhhh they look a mess on this plate. I don't know what to go for... Anything? There's light temerose (?) mycelium that goes past the brown edge... But hard to see. Should I start over? If yes... How should I go about getting a good culture on agar from a LC? I have those loops now too.
 Rusty White first transfer A.
 Rusty White first transfer B.
 PE transfer 1 A
 PE transfer 1 B
Thanks for the help!

I just went with it on my first 3 LC's and one of them was bacterial cause I got about 15 bacterial jars going from it
I would suggest tester jar unless you're willing/able to lose a bunch of jars if it comes down to it.

had another jar ready to go, and didn't want to use the only monotub size tub I have on one jar... so I dug around and found a tiny little tub under the sink... being to small it looks extra thick, like a chode tub... can you spot it...

I'll do both as I don't know what to look for on agar.

Multispawn experiment
2 myco-quarts each of KSSS, Costa Rica, Cambo and a quart of TXPE6

I'm mainly interested in the KSSS with the funky body type

This is all first flush.. I'm hoping it develops better for the 2cd flush
